The Porterhouse is the brainchild of Irish brothers Ciaran & Alan Doran, synonymous within the Irish Pub trade in Sydney, the Doran brothers have over 30yrs of experience between them.

Their aim was to portray the character of Ireland, it's people and it's pubs through The Porterhouse.

It is their personable attitude and creativity that has created Sydney's most progressive Irish Pub to date. "With a hands on influence in the Pubs construction we feel we have created a feeling of Ireland and an atmosphere and ambiance available nowhere else in Sydney".
