- Bookings
will be held for 48 hours. To secure your booking a deposit
must be paid. This deposit will be refunded at the end of
the function dependent on:
a. All confirmed numbers attending
b. No damage being caused to function room.
- Final
numbers must be confirmed 24 hours prior to function or
else $10 deposit per person not attending, will be forfeited.
- Payment
for function must be done on the day of function, prior
to the beginning of the function. Accepted mediums include
cash, major credit cards or bank cheque made payable to
The Porterhouse.
No private cheques will be accepted.
- Hotel
trading hours are from 12 noon until 12 midnight seven days.
The Porterhouse will be closed Good Friday and Chrismas
Day.
- The
Porterhouse reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove
anyone deemed to be intoxicated, dressed inappropriately
or whom is behaving in an offensive manner
